Rangers have intensified their efforts to sign PSV winger Couhaib Driouech, according to Voetbal International. The Scottish club reportedly submitted a significantly improved offer after PSV turned down an earlier proposal worth more than €7 million last week.
The report says Rangers also want to persuade the Moroccan attacker to travel to Glasgow this week. Driouech had appeared inclined towards a move to La Liga, but Rangers are now attempting to convince him that Scotland should be his next destination.
Celta Vigo remain firmly in contention.
