NAC Breda captain Mohamed Nassoh expects his side’s physical strength to be important when they visit Jong PSV in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie on Monday, 2 November. The attacking midfielder spent four years with the Eindhoven club between 2020 and 2024, having joined the reserve side’s set-up at the age of 17.

Nassoh warned that Jong PSV’s young players will look to take opponents on and accept risks in possession. He believes that approach may create openings for NAC, provided the visitors remain alert and make their physical advantage count.

NAC approach the fixture unbeaten in seven matches. Their latest result was a 3-1 away win over amateur side JOS Watergraafsmeer in the KNVB Beker, which secured a place in the next round. Nassoh said the team have become harder to break down, even if their football has not always been at its best. “We are becoming increasingly stable,” he told NAC Breda Official.

Promotion remains NAC’s objective despite a points deficit, with Nassoh identifying upcoming games against FC Emmen and Almere City as significant. He also spoke positively about being captain, saying he feels trusted by both the coaching staff and squad while stressing that responsibility is shared among several leaders. Nassoh credited the club’s supporters for continuing to back the team during difficult periods as well as throughout the current improved run.
