NAC Breda put Rat Verlegh Stadium business units up for sale
The club is offering office space inside its home ground, with asking prices starting at €315,000.

NAC Breda have placed several business apartments inside the Rat Verlegh Stadium on the market. The club acquired the commercial units as part of its takeover of the stadium and is now offering the remaining properties to prospective buyers.
The available apartments form part of an 18-unit business complex on the eastern side of the ground. According to NAC’s listing, the offices range from 154 to 304 square metres of lettable floor area, although the accompanying description gives 168 square metres as the lower end of the range. Asking prices run from €315,000 to €495,000, excluding purchasing costs.
The units are designated for office and service-sector use. NAC is marketing the stadium setting as a distinctive option for businesses seeking visibility and says the premises could also suit companies without a direct connection to football. Free parking is available in the large car park immediately outside the complex.
The properties are located at Stadionstraat 11–13 in Breda and the building dates from 2002. Interested buyers can arrange a viewing through Sinke Komejan Bedrijfsmakelaars, the commercial property agent named by the club. NAC’s announcement does not specify how many units remain available beyond saying that several are still for sale.
