Lech Poznan are exploring the possibility of signing Feyenoord midfielder Jakub Moder, according to Voetbalzone. The Polish club reportedly confirmed its interest during a meeting with supporters, with details of the discussion subsequently appearing in Polish media.
Moder joined Feyenoord from Brighton & Hove Albion for €1.5 million in January 2025 and signed a contract running until mid-2028. The 27-year-old has made 30 appearances for the Rotterdam club, scoring five goals and providing three assists, but recurring injury problems have limited his ability to establish himself consistently.
The Poland international has been linked with a return to Lech, his boyhood club, since last summer. The latest report indicates that the ten-time Polish champions now see a potential route to completing the move, although no agreement has been announced between the clubs or with the player.
Finances could prove the main obstacle. Moder would reportedly need to accept a substantial reduction from his current Feyenoord salary, and it remains uncertain whether he would be prepared to do so. Feyenoord would also be expected to demand a transfer fee for a player who remains under contract for almost another two years. Voetbalzone notes that Transfermarkt currently estimates his value at approximately €7 million.
