Heracles issue updated visitor guidance for Asito Stadion

Heracles Almelo have published visitor information for home matches at Asito Stadion, with the gates opening 90 minutes before kick-off. Supporters must use the entrance shown on their ticket, while those in H-Side sections H1, H2 and H3 should enter through the final four gates at entrance 1. Checks include searches at those gates and ticket inspections before access to the sections.

Season-ticket holders using a digital pass must ensure it has been added to the Heracles app before arriving. The FanServiceShop will open 90 minutes before kick-off and close at the start of the match, reopening until 30 minutes after the final whistle. The club museum will also be available from 90 minutes before kick-off until 15 minutes before the game begins.

Heracles have warned drivers that Almelo municipality may enforce parking restrictions in residential areas around the stadium. P3 at ZGT offers free parking to supporters who show a match ticket or season ticket, while spaces at P2 are limited. The club said it is not responsible for the municipality’s parking or sanctions policy.

The stadium remains smoke-free, including its concourses, with smoking permitted only in designated areas outside. Throwing objects can lead to a match being stopped and, upon a second incident, abandoned unless the offender is immediately identified and removed. Entering the pitch is prohibited and can result in a stadium ban of at least one year plus a fine ranging from €1,000 to €5,000.
