AZ’s Ro-Zangelo Daal tops VI ratings as PSV trio make Team of the Week
Guus Til scored twice in PSV’s 6-1 win at FC Utrecht, but AZ attacker Ro-Zangelo Daal earned the highest rating of the round.
Ro-Zangelo Daal was named VI’s Player of the Week after receiving an 8.5 rating for his performance for AZ. The attacker also claimed a place in the outlet’s latest Eredivisie Team of the Week.
PSV supplied three players following a commanding 6-1 victory away to FC Utrecht. The defending champions initially fell behind at Stadion Galgenwaard before pulling clear, with Guus Til scoring twice and earning an 8. Mauro Júnior and Sergiño Dest were also on target and both received 7.5 ratings.
FC Twente had two representatives after their comfortable away performance against Cambuur. Ruud Nijstad and Younes Taha were each rated 7.5. ADO Den Haag goalkeeper Kilian Nikiema received the same mark after playing an important role in a draw with Feyenoord, while Feyenoord defender Mika Mármol was awarded an 8.
The remaining places went to players from four other clubs. Willem II midfielder Calvin Twigt, SC Heerenveen’s Jakob Trenskow and Fortuna Sittard forward Lequincio Zeefuik all scored ratings of 8, completing the selection alongside Daal and the other leading performers from the round.
